AIP (American Institute of Physics) Conference Proceedings

  • The participants (registrants) of International Conference on Applied Physics Informatics for Sustainable Future (ICAPSTURE) can submit research articles to the Organizing Committee for the publication in “AIP Conference Proceedings”.
  • Research work related to Physical Sciences, including Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Materials Science, and Engineering are only considered in AIP Conference Proceedings.
  • Articles published in AIP Conference Proceedings are indexed in Web of Science (WoS), SCOPUS, Inspec, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), and Astrophysics Data System (ADS).
  • Submitted articles are peer reviewed and accepted according to statutes of the AIP Conference Proceedings.
  • Publication cost per each article is $ (To be paid after the acceptance of article).
  • The Article submission only in English.
  • NOTE: AIP Conference Proceedings will only consider Articles: Article that has not been previously published and is not being considered for publication anywhere else, except as preprint on a non-commercial server such as arXiv, or in a thesis or dissertation.

What to submit to the Editor?

  • A final PDF file of your paper with fonts embedded.
  • Copies of permissions to re-use copyrighted material.
  • Evidence of presentation or posters at the ICIPA

  • Submit Manuscript files (only First Submission) here
  • Do not submit any other files (e.g. Conference Presentation Slides)

  • Download the manuscript template.
  • Do not add page numbers or headers/footers.
  • Do not alter the margins of the templates.
  • Paper size is 8.5 x 11
  • All pages are to be in portrait
  • Similarity Index (Plagiarism) should be <5%

  • Article Word count is 2000-4000 words
  • Include references of last 10 years only
