If you are only interested in giving a presentation at the conference without publishing your paper in the proceedings, you can choose to attend ICAPSTURE 2026 as a Presenter. You are welcome to attend this great event. You just need to complete the registration as a Listener before the registration deadline.

Details of the registration fees

1. At least one author is required to register and attend the conference to present the paper. 

2. The registration fee does not include:  

   • Accommodation

   • Visa application fee

   • Transportation fare

3. The paid registration fee cannot be refunded if you cannot attend the conference, but substitute participants are welcome.

4. Students must provide proof of their status by suitable document to the conference secretariat.

Refunds Policy

Paper that is declared rejected by the AIP Publisher will not return the registration and publication fees.
